Founded in 1984, Granvale Properties has built an impressive portfolio of residential assets primarily situated across prime London locations such as Liverpool Street and Angel. Whilst the majority of assets are focused in London, the portfolio has also an extensive geographical base with properties located in Leeds, Manchester and Loughborough.

This has enabled us to finance our more developmental investment projects providing the business with a diverse operational base.

Granvale Properties Limited and GDPR

Granvale Properties Limited is fully committed to the new GDPR requirements.


All of the personal data that we keep is in the form of self-submittance and none is harvested from online forms or acquired from third parties. We only keep basic data of the type that would be supplied in a Tenancy Agreement or an email response for example.


The information held will only be submitted to third parties with your approval and for your advantage via email or written letter. We will not carry out any form of mass unsolicited marketing nor will we ever pass this data on to any other marketing companies.

You can be safe in the knowledge that it is kept on multiple, password protected, secure servers or on our email servers only. Only the registered users can access this data.

If you are concerned in any way about personal data stored you can request the details from us by contacting our data privacy officer. We will deal with your request within 28 days. We will also permanently delete any data that you are not happy with and update it with your supplied information as necessary.

If there is any breach of our security systems we will notify all concerned parties as soon as it is detected. We keep multiple backups and our email records go back at least six years, so if it is vital or unique we can recover lost data within hours.
